Which graphic card?

Helle everybody,

 

I'm a first time builder and don't know which video card to choose. I have a budget of 600$ Canadian dollars for my whole build. I will be doing school works, web browsing, gaming and light video editing with vegas pro 13 . I want to keep this pc for 4-5 years. I'll be taking good care of the pc .
