Affordable SSD?

I'm doing a PC part picker build and I've been trying to keep it cheap. I want an SSD as a boot drive and maybe put some applications on it, but mainly a boot drive. Sub-$100 is optimal with a storage minimum of however big Win 8.1 is.

I would've said the 128GB Samsung 840 EVO, although I think the 850 EVO is coming out soon. So it'd probably be best to wait for that.

All depends on current sale. There is no go to ssd that's the best budget SSD, it all depends on current rebates and whatnot.
