New Gaming Build

Hey I need help with a new gaming pc. I'm from India so my budget is Rs.100,000 that roughly translates to (after taking into account product price difference due to duty and stuff) $1200. I want to game at 1080p max settings (or at least close). I have one monitor and don't plan on getting another any time soon. I think i might get another GPU somewhere down the road when necessary. Obviously i want this to be as future proof as possible :P
This is what I've thought of so far :-

CPU - Intel i5-4690K

CPU COOLER  - Corsair H80i

MBOARD MSI Z97 - Gaming 7 Motherboard

RAM - G.Skill Sniper DDR3 8 GB (2x4 GB)

SSD - Transcend 128GB

HDD - Western Digital WD10EZEX 1TB

GPU - ZOTAC GTX 970 4 GB

CASE - Cooler Master N500

PSU - Corsair RM750

Why's that? I don't see the point in looking at pcpartpicker if pricing and availability is different from where you're shopping.
