Outlook Forwarding Rules

When ever I create an outlook rule to forward work emails to my main email account and run for emails currently in my inbox, it gives me that the operation failed.

Is there anyway to fix this?

• What exactly does it say?
• Is there any error code?
• Could you attach a picture containing the message?
