hosting a vpn

I didnt find anything on the form that helped, but was is a good vpn hosting software and could i make the vpn connect to a personal cloud also?

Rent a VPS (a decent one), setup OpenVpn on it (it's free) and have you own private VPN. :)

its for other people also.

Edit: would it be able to excess a personal cloud too?

You can generate licenses (keys) which you hand out to yourself and you can give them out to others, just watch out who you give them to, if they pirate you will get DMCA requests and your VPS provider will dump you for illegal actions.

Idk much about cloud storage, I usually just FTP into the server and use it for storage that way. :)
