Should I get another 780?

Pc specs:

1080p monitor

Fx8350

Gtx 780 classified

Crosshair v formula z

850 evga g2 gold psu

250gb samsung evo ssd

1tb 7200rpm hdd seagate black edition

8gb xtreem 2400mhz ddr3 ram

I am getting well over 60 fps in most games at max settings, however in skyrim with 200plus mods I'm grtting 20-60 average 47ish, I want to start recording and be able to play at 60 fps minimum in skyrim. I was wondering if getting a second 780 classified would be enough to do that? And is 850 watts enough?
