gpu tweak bios update?

hey just read that now you can update your gpu's bios with asus gpu tweak so i downloaded the latest one and it showed me that there is an urgent update but then that menu freezes and i can't even see the button or something saying flash or how to?

 

i have 2 r9 290x in crossfire.

 

is it worth updating tho?
