Then yeah, your temps are just fine. Chrome and Skype are where your bottleneck may very well be, especially Chrome. Also SuperAntiSpyware will conflict with Mbam in most cases.

I don't think its Chrome and Skype. They're the programs I've had running since day one. I'll be sure to check out any issues with SAS and MBAM.

Ran a mbam and SAS test, no viruses just cookies. Defrag is at 25%, but I don't think there will be a difference. Is there a way to uninstall all Windows Updates? It only started after the last update I had. And also my programs now launch normally, but my games still run at lower than expected performance levels.
