Decent rig?

Simple question is this a decent rig. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/8LzqwP ? Oh and my max budget is £650 and it will be used for mostly gaming.

You should get 2x4GB Ram instead of 1x8, dual channel is better than single channel. Also try to spend 30GBP more and get a i5 4690k instead.
