Factory settings not working

Hi guys  my computer a sony laptop model VGN-NR Series. I tried the recovery partition in my hard drive, but didn't work and i can't go to my desktop but it shows the sony logo. It also said i have a corrupted windows registry,However i can't fix in because i can't even go to safe mode with a command prompt plus i don't have a Recovery disk in a CD Format or usb.. Please help me tnx

Couldn't you just download a Windows ISO off of the offical website and reinstall? You would lose all your data though...

or he could take out the drive use and external sata enclosure get data off and reinstall windows on  that computer on the old drive

I can't find any ISO File in the official site...All i saw there was a bunch of simple stuff http://esupport.sony.com/US/p/model-find.pl?mdl=VGNNR420ES&RECALL=YES&DIRECTOR=DRIVER ... 

 

And no important data on that laptop so everything is fine to be deleted

Reinstall windows from a USB downloading the official ISO from the microsoft website, I think it's the only thing you can do...

You should have the windows key somewhere with all the manuals.
