Keep getting an error message when playing Battlefield 4

Specs:  https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/JohnF/saved/8H88TW

When I start Battlefield it's fine for about 10 - 15 mins then all of a sudden I get this error message and the game crashes. I'm not too sure why it happens, I've done a load of Google searches and found nothing.

Any help would be great.

Driver error I would think, try reverting back before your most recent driver update?

I have downloaded 14.9, the amd site is terrible for driver downloads.

14.9 is a super buggy driver, either go back to 14.7 or try 14.9.2.

Is your GPU OC'd in anyway?

It's overclocked by 30Mhz xD, How do i download that specific driver? I'm used to nvidia.

All BF games are notorious for hating GPU OC's in any shape or form. try going back to stock clocks + heres a link to 14.7
