Are you planning on SLi? Or Single 970?

 

Stuttering is not that common unless your doing an SLi.

 

As for the coil whine, really depends if you get a good card. Sometimes it is also not the Card that causes the whine, it can also be caused by the PSU.

 

You don't really need 350fps , 144fps + 144hz will give you an edge already. But its just my opinion .

 

it is indeed but having such card and using only 144 fps.. its not like  awesome to me you know ... its a personal thing

 

and no its already going to blast my paycheck when i buy 1 of them, sli is not something i will need tbh

If you stick with 1 GPU, stuttering won't be an issue. I only got stuttering with SLi, which I already fixed.
