This is a common problem (Just search the forum, tonnes of topics)

A buzz is usually EMI at the 50/60Hz range from the mains power.

It'll help to know your setup, how's it plugged into your PC (for example, try the backport andnot the front audio port)

what's the wiring in the PC like? (Lots of wires crossing eachother or not? Is the front panel cable crossing something else?)

Is the PC properly grounded? (Is the PC properly connected to Mains Earth, preventing ground loop?)

The cable should avoid other cables as much as possible to prevent interference from crossing over.

Now I tried the front audio port and it's working fine O.o

That's especially weird, usually it's the other way around. I can't imagine a GPU emitting Humming in low frequencies, but it might be the extra added load increasing the strength of the interference.

If it's usually plugged in the back, does it come near the power cable?

I tried it again, only an issue when running BF3 O.o

It's not making contact with it, the PSU is bottom mounted.
