I am going to upgrade some parts of my PC.

I want to play games like nfs rivals,bf4,crysis 3 on low to medium settings at 1280x1024 resolutions.
My budget is 200-250$.
My Old PC:
Intel Core 2 Duo e4300
Biostar G41D3+
Nvidia 8400GS
4 GB DDR3 RAM.

I want to buy R7 250 1 GB DDR3....but would that bottleneck my CPU????Should i buy a core 2 quad???

Pretty much the whole thing will need to go.

Best idea may be a 7850K + motherboard + RAM depending on prices.

But im telling you your money can be spent better on a beefier GPU. After wards save money for an i5. But you'll have to live with a bottleneck for awhile. Trust me go with this route.

And yes your CPU needs to be changed. NEED.

Actually i need a PC to play games for 2 months. So i don't need a future proof or something like that.Just help to build a PC that will last for 2 months.Thanks.......

Is there really a point in spending money on a 2 month life cycle PC?

Yes...because with my current settings i wouldn't be able to play games like bf4,nfs rival, crysis 3.....

Yes... but why 2 months? For $250 there isn't much you can do to your PC to make it play games well.

Because after 2 months i would go to a different place and would be there for 5 years. And i wouldn't take my desktop there.

To be honest I'd just live without playing those games for 2 months and keep the $250, there really isn't much you can do to make that desktop game worthy.
