R9 290X

So is it selling my GTX 760 and get used R9 290X for 300 usd? its still has 2 year varranty and been bought this year. Im asking, cause tommorow im selling my GTX 760 and after some discustions i decided to get 144hz monitor first over GTX 970, cause my current one is really bad...Also i didnt had Radeon gpu for a really really long time...

It depends, are you gonna have a monitor that's over 1080P? If yes then get the R9 290X, the 290X is better in higher resolutions because of its higher memory bus(I think)

nah im still with 1080p and im not thinking for going in higher resolution
