I Live In Southern California And Ive Been Trying To Figure Out Which Is The Best ISP Possible. When I Tried Looking Stuff Up There Were A Lot Of General Benchmarks From Across North America Rather Than Just Southern California. AT&T Is Just Poop For Me And I Need Faster Internet So Does Anyone Have Any Suggestions?

Depends on who exactly is in your area, for me it is only AT&T and TWC, and the quality of service they provide.

 

TWC is the obvious choice between these two for me.

Time Warner and Verizon would be the one i'd choose, but maybe someone else from southern California could help.
