Title says it all. Write the "Best Appearence Build" that you can. but it should still be Fast enough to game, so write a Rig in here that you would build Budget: 1500-200. If i would go for an Appearence build it would be like this:

A pentium 4. Thats it. Alone. More sexy then anything, even the fridge i mean the R4 which people seem to like.

oooo if I ever do a water cooled rig I am soooo doing copper pipes.

Just soooo cool.

It looks pretty good. Its just not my thing. I would do maybe a Silver or maybe even stainless steel build with copper water cooling...
