What do I do about this?

I finished setting up my new mynet n900 router and am confsed about something. I read and heard that that fastrack plus QOS feature on the router is automatic based on network traffic. What confuses me is why there are fields beneath the on/off button for fastrack plus which lets you define the rules for it. What do i do about that? Thanks for any help!!!!
