I have a strange problem. Every driver after 335.23 has been giving me strange perfomance hits. In games its stuttering and overall lower fps than with drivers 335.23 and older, its very noticeable in videos where sound and picture are out of sync not by large, but annoying enough margin, also in Youtube where video player's interface is laggy and videos seem having lower fps. Its happening with every new driver i install. I have tried Clean Install couple of times, but it didnt help either. Im running the mentioned driver version at the moment and its working fine. Can it it be caused by fact that i only install Graphics Driver alone, i dont choose 3D Vision, HD Audio stuff since i dont use anything thats requires HDMI nor i dont have 3D capable monitor.

Yeah, as Cell_7 said, try checking the custom install, in the driver setup, and select clean install. This should decrease any driver conflicts, and if that dosent work, then there are programs out there that can eliminate everything related to the driver, so you can install the newer version without any problems...
