280x overclock help

i have an asus 280x direct cu ii and my core clock is 1150mhz memory clock is 1610mhz my core voltage is 1200 mv and power limit is +15. i am using msi afterburner for my overclocking and furmark as a stress test.on furmark burn in test i let my gpu run for 15 min and it got to 70-75 degrees c with fans at 65 percent. is there anything i should change, can i turn some things up, or should i just leave it where its at. just need some advice

Push as high of a core clock as possible with as low of temps and voltage as possible. That's about it.
