Irelands internet...

Hey guys,so couple of months ago i moved to Ireland.I though that Ireland has great internet but i was wrong.

 

I cant even get fibre to my apartment,i only get up to 24mb/s.But if i want to download something its just goes 500kb/s and thats all.Gosh

And i called them loads of times and they dont give a shit about their costumers.There is a internet provider called UPC but theres no connectivity to my apartment.But i heard they are the best in Ireland.

Its so hard to go to this internet from fast fibre internet to this shit.... ;/ feeling dissapointed.Youtube is always buffering.I cant even watch videos.P.S I live in Dublin in Lithuania i had good internet and when i called them to cancel my internet they wanted to make my internet cheapier and faster to me because they didn't want to lose clients.

I contacted the upc but they cannot provide me with fibre yet i live in apartmens where you have shitty internet and not much signal ;/
