I've had an evga gtx 750 ti sc for little more than a month.It is my first nvidia graphics card and have up to date drivers but im having this weird problem in nearly all games I play. I have a graphical issue that the dark textures look weird when I move in front of them. Even in cinematics it occurs. It is also very pronounced when I play skyrim.

I think you are over analyzing here, there's absolutely nothing bothersome or problematic in the above video at all regarding textures. 

Idk its really bothering me in the games I play. I never had this with my old ati radeon 4600 series. It looks very bad in games like skyrim, like whenever I move dark textures look weird as hell

After watching the above video multiple times @ 1080p fullscreen, I have no idea what you are talking about. I think you might be seeing things.

Ya I admit its kinda hard to tell with this video. I mean when I watch I can see it when I look at the right places cuz I know how it looks. It isn't that subtle though, because it does bother me in the games.
