Can I watch 4k video on youtube with

 

CPU: AMD A8 X4 5600K, 3600 MHz

CPU Cooler: Stock

GPU: AMD Radeon R7 260X 1GB GDDR5 

RAM: 8GB DDR3

Motherboard: Asus A55BM-E FM2+

PSU: Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 500W

HDD: Western Digital 1TB SATA 3

Case: Cooler Master K350

?

you would you get an apu and a gpu?

I get frame drops with this machine and with my editing rig, just doesnt make sense and our internet speed can handle it

It was pre bulid PC

ok then it should do 4k@30hz. you need 16mb/s for 4k according to netflix.
