Was having quite some trouble yesterday reintalling driver for my new gtx 970 and one trouble like running 3dmark 11 is still not solve. However, i have notice a color change in my monitor since I changed the graphic card, the color got deeper than before and text in games looked bulkier. Changing back to my old card, the color and text becomes normal again. Is this possbily a defect?

just changie back to my gtx 660 and the color reamains the same deepness, but the first time i tried this morning gtx 660 has the correct color.

Then it is what @Timopomer mentioned. Just move the sliders to your liking and stick with the 970 then.

This is the best solution, however I was just curious of why the color changed, and if this card has defect.

Perhaps because it is a new series? The BIOS (or perhaps the specific 900 series drivers) must have automatically changed the colour values.

but I never seen anyone had the same issue, and when i try to search for color change, answers i found are defective graphic card and drivers.
