PC Arcade/Sim

Alright, so I've been looking for pc games that are like Forza Horizon. I loved the free roam portion of the game, the customization, and somewhat realistic driving. It was a truly enjoyable game and i have been longing for a game like that on pc.

Does anyone know of a game that is:

Free roam driving

Has a massive amount of customization

Isnt full racing sim but also not burnout paradise level of driving

Is relatively new

 

From what ive seen the crew could be close but does anyone know of a game that is or is going to be out that fits this?

It's quite old but stil holds up imo.. Did you play the original NFS Most Wanted? I'm not aware of any good games like you describe that are recent
