I was looking at buying either a Corsair H100i or H80i. I may get the H100i but am unsure if it will fit in my case (I have a bitfenix shinobi) as a top mount dual radiator set up in a pull configuration. If i would get the H80i it would be set up in a push/pull configuration.

The big question is, will you be overclocking and what chip are you using?  If the answer is yes and the chip is an Ivy Bridge or a Vishera then an H100i makes sense.  Otherwise, if you're just going to run it at stock speeds, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.....then even an H60 would be fine.  An Ivy Bridge 3570K at stock settings is powerful as is without OC'ing.

My Stuff:  Corsair Obisidan 550D - Phobya Nano-2G 120mm x 5 - Corsair H100i - MSI Z77A-GD65 Gaming - Intel 3570K - G.Skill 8GBx2 1866 - EVGA ACX GTX 780 3GB SuperClocked(Step Up to 780 Ti) - Samsung 840 500GB SSD - WD Black 1TB x 2 - LG Blu-ray - ASUS VG248QE + ASUS PB278Q - Corsair M65 with MM400 Pad - Ducky Shine II MX Brown with Gray/White Keycaps - Corsair K70 MX Red - CoolerMaster Quickfire TK MX Brown - Ducky Pro2 MX Blue with Gray PBT Keycaps - Ducky Pro2 MX Clears with Gray/Blue PBT Keycaps - Ducky Pro2 MX Browns with Light Gray and White PBT Keycaps

Just Googled and read a few other forums (http://forum.overclock3d.net/showthread.php?t=42790) and the answer is no, the Corsair H100i will NOT natively fit in a Bitfenix Shinobi. Although the H80i in push/pull is not far off the temps of the H100i. I've had a H100 for about a year now and it still runs as perfect as the day I put it in. Still even using the stock fans it came with.

Ok, an H100i won't fit in the Shinobi so an H80i is your best chance at getting some descent cooling that is closed looped water.

Also consider an Antec 920...pretty much the same thing.
