Virtualbox server and client

Hey guys ive got this lab due in an houre and an confused lol

so we are using oracal vertrul box with Win server 2008, windows 7 and ubuntu.

 

the questions are 1 configure remote server administration and perform typical tasks such as a new user creation remotely from client machine (both windos and ubunt)

 

and

2 configure terminal services so that server applications can be accessed by non-admin users from client machines

 

Any ideas where to start :)
