I want to build a budget mini-ITX build that plays games on ultra at 1080p, but my budget is quiet fleksible. Feel free to make sugestions and commets.

Intel Pentium AE g3258

Gigabyte GA-Z97N-WIFI

Corsair Hydro h80i

Kingston v300

Crucial Ballistix 8gb

Fractal design node 304

Corsair CX600

ASUS Geforce GTX 780

Why would you buy a Pentium + H80i if you can also get a quad core i5 for that money? The i5 will perform a good bit better in games that utilize all 4 cores and the Pentium might hold such a high end graphics card back a little. If you're getting it for the overclocking fun of it; don't go ITX cause they are warm and loud (coming from someone with an ITX build as main rig).

don't get a 780, get a 970.

Cooler, less heat output (important for a itx build), less power consumption, better performance and more features, more VRAM

I would never recommend a ITX build  either. go for mATX.

INTEL CORE I5 4670K | NVIDIA GTX 980 | NOCTUA NH-L9i | GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-SLI | KINGSTON 120GB V300

CM STORM QUICKFIRE TK | BENQ XL2420TE | ROCCAT SAVU | FRACTAL DEFINE R4

What about the BitFenix Phenom M and I am planing to upgrade the pentium later but the core i5 is way to expensive for me right know.

Honestly the mATX versions of the Bitfenix cases are pretty bad and you can literally get an i5 (4590/4690?) for the price of that Pentium and the H80i?
