I was wondering if anyone have had a problem with the 970 from msi, Cause I have seen people complaying about something called coil noise. So please comment below if you have had a problem yet.

The MSI 970 boards have poor VRM for running high TDP chips, get a Gigabyte one

970 motherboard or gtx 970 GPU?

Are we talk about a GTX970?

It's in CPUs and mobos section

Well there is nothing wrong with the vrm design of the Msi 970A gaming.

Wenn overclocking a FX8 core cpu, offcourse the vrm´s run a littlebit hotter then on a Crosshair V Formula Z

but it still seems like a good board.

The msi 970A gaming is atleast not as terrible as theire previous 970 boards like the G46.

Or the cheap Gigabyte ones.
