Video Resolution problems/Questions

Ok this is my issue here. Here is a screen shot from my current computer which am using to type this with right now :  Picture @ 1360 x 768 This is my tv am using as a monitor  and here is a screenshot of my school laptop  : Picture @ 1366 x 768    Now my question is why do these two images look completely different ? Why is the video on my tv screen look fuzzy as hell compared to my laptop which shows the video crystal clear.  I have tried to match my tv resolution to 1366 x 768 but it makes it look extremely small and doesn't even fill in the entire screen.  So am asking is there any idea to remedy this problem ?  I forgot to mention that this is the same video for each computer i directly copied the video from my laptop to my gaming rig.

Never mind I fixed it, Messing around in the AMD video settings worked.
