yes, that would be a 65% keyboard (or 70, i forget)  :) i got one

the 60% has function keys, but you use a FN key to access them on the numbers

I doubt it, but would one of these be found on amazon?

go for ebay, there are some people shipping from China and the shipping is pretty low really.

i bought from this guy, he is well trusted and known in places, and he has quite a few different things up right now and you can contact him if he doesnt have the one you want

70% with greens your either looking at a custom order from somewhere or building it yourself...

In either case, good luck. I have the keyboard in your first post with brown switches and had to wait 2 months for it to get back in stock before I could buy it when it first came out...

Mechanical keyboards with specific requirements are hard to come by let alone with something as rare as greens and 70%

Is building it yourself hard?

From the ground up... Depends on your microelectronic skills... (IE soldering mostly)

If you can settle for a 60% this kit on massdrop right now is absolutely fantastic: https://www.massdrop.com/buy/infinity-keyboard-kit

eh not that experienced in the field, which websites sell custom keyboards?

I do not know of any that do a 70% sadly...

You would be better off on one of the keyboard enthusiast forums asking a member to make it for you I would think...

However with that I would expect the cost to be >$200
