Low stock + high demand = out of stock

Well the first batch of GPUs will sell out quick, and it takes time for Nvidia/AMD to manufacture more. Within a few weeks a 2nd batch will arrive.

Cause they were being dumb and didn't see the huge demand that was coming for them compared to previous generation releases
