Is this a clean install? aka you used the old drives from the last computer but formatted them and reinstalled windows onto them?
If not this is going to be your issue. You can't jump from one computer hardware conif and throw the OS into another config and expect it to boot. Your HAL's will differ and cause this BSOD.
