Laptop Audio Problems

So just last night randomly my Laptop has started sending out a REALLY LOUD buzzing/windy sound, it kind of sounds like an alarm. It appears to be the audio jack because when I tried them normally through the laptops internal speakers it does it, and then I plugged in some external speakers, it still did it through the external speakers. Wat do?

 

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
