Overclocking CPU help!

I have an AMD PHENOM ii x4 965 cpu and i want to overclock it. I have Cooler master hyper 212 EVO on the cpu to cool it. i just want to know what is the best way to overclock this cpu, the max speed, voltages basically all the settings and software i need to overclock and advice please.
