Driver Power State Failure

I have had my ASUS G750 since august and all of a sudden my laptop shuts down randomly and gives me the error "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE" i've asked around and my friends tell me it could be that my power button is semi pressed all the time. Does anyone else have this issue, and has anyone been able to fix it?

well i got a asus g750 jm and i used to get this problem when ever i run bf4 

i think this problem is caused due to the application you are running 

when ever i get a driver power state failure i re install my intel or nvidia graphics driver works all the time

just check your laptop for any faulty games or programs
