I'm planning on buying the ITX mobo and an HTPC case so I can put it in a room and it won't draw attention (It's currently in a full tower with red LEDs). I also have a GT 440 lying around somewhere that I can throw in.

My question is: should I turn this into a virtual machine server? If so, what else would I have to buy to achieve that? If not, what are some cool uses for an HTPC?
