Old GPU

Hey, my friend has a 580 that he just has laying around. I have a 770 and do not need it for an upgrade, but I want to build a LAN rig that is cheaper and less powerful than my current rig. How much would that 580 be worth, and should I use it in my future LAN rig?

580 is a decent enough cards. You won't have all the features that came along with the 600, 700, 900 series cards obviously but its a decent enough card. Wouldn't go over $150 for it though. You could probably find some information online on how it plays games vs the 750Tis / 760s etc.
