Windows Text/Icon Scaling Question.

So I got 3 monitors, 2 1080p about 20inches and a 1440p 27inch. 

I had to put the text and icons to large to see them clearly on the 1080p monitors, but there too big on my 1440p monitor. Anyway I can scale the text down just on my main display?
