I currently have 1 GTX 770 with the Gigabyte Windforce cooler. For my birthday in a couple of weeks I am getting my third monitor, a Asus VG248qe, which runs at 144Hz. My 770 currently plays the games that I have at about 80 fps, which would not be enough to use up my soon to be new monitor. I have the NZXT. H440 case. I am wondering about what to do:

1. Get another 770, but what cooler?

or

2. Sell the 770, but where do I sell it and what new graphics card should I get?

I have an additional $300USD to spend for the upgrades.

What should I do?

Sell it on eBay and buy a 970 or 980.

Do you know if that is the best option for cooling? They will be directly on top of each other

It's really not. Blower cards are the best.

But if you don't have your cards OC'd all the way and you case has reasonable airflow. You can do it.

I run two Open Air cards also. It's fine with me. My cards never exceed 80c when benchmarking and less when gaming.
