Skyrim Graphics Mods FPS issues

Hi all, so I am having problems with my fps in Skyrim, but I have a pretty beastly rig:

i7 4790k

2xGTX980's in SLI
16gb or RAM

Here are the key mods I am running:

Purevision ENB
Skyrim HD 2k textures

lush grass and trees

Cinematic Fire

Glorious Grass

Ruins Clutter Improved

Static Mesh improvements

Vivid Landscapes

Skyrim Floral Overhaul

They all seem to work, but I only get around 30-40 fps with my two cards running in SLI, all anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering disabled, and running at 1080p. Is this normal, or is there something wrong?

First of all, your second 980 will only give youa bout a 10-15 precent boost (most likley)

What is your CPU clocked at? It makes a big diffrence

Skyrim ini and Skyrim pref settings?

ENB local settings?

Are you using SKSE? Along with the other fixes?

Did you clean your Skyrim.esm and all the DLC?

Do you have the other recommended stability mods?

You don't need to answer all of those but those are the first places you should look.

My cpu is running at 4ghz and I am running SKSE. How do I change my Skyrim ini, pref settings, enb setti9ngs , and what stability mods do you recommend?

Have you gone through and deactivated mods one by one to see which might be affecting your performance the most? Are there any other problems or is it just low frame rate?

I haven't played Skyrim in a while, but I remember SFO being a fairly large hit to performance under certain conditions. Perhaps it isn't playing nicely with some of your other mods.

You might want to ask on Nexus if someone here doesn't have answers.
