boot problems

finished new build a few days ago installed windows 8.1 but for some reason to boot my pc i have to go into in bios every time and select it to boot

 

my 2nd problem is after the first boot of the day after about 5-10 mins my pc randomly resets 

 

if any 1 knows of any way to fix theses pleas let me know thanks

ok after reading up and playing with bios a bit i found i had the setting to not boot if error seeing this i saw im getting a cpu fan error do these happen when i have a pump connect to the cpu power
