What game do you wish to check your ping for?

 

Fraps can tell you your fps btw.

What do you mean by preview lag?

 

Well fraps does FPS but you probaly already knew that, Don't know about software that can show you're ping

Most games show ping (at least the FPS ones). You could ping the servers yourself using a terminal and Fraps for your FPS.

 

Not really any unit for "lag".
