Anyone know a decent modular/semi modular 650watt bronze PSU?  keep it cheap under 90$ if you can please :}

Great choice. Seasonic take some beating. That's why they are Corsair's OEM.

XFX 650W Core Edition and the XFX 650W XXX Edition Semi Modular are good choices. They are made by Seasonic who makes quality psus.
