I am looking for a set of PBT keycaps that allow backlighting to go through I live in UK so UK layout only, I have a ducky shine 3 tkl keyboard too!

There are a set by Vortex. That is really your only option.

This. There's two options, black or white:

Not UK layout, but sadly this is the only option that does this right now. They're very new though, so other layouts might come eventually.
