I flashed my router and I am somewhat a networking noob here is my speedtest how should i set up my qos

In the house we have 1 my gaming pc I want the highest on that then 2 laptops those next then 3 phones those next

First of all what router have you got ?

QoS can be tricky to set up. Personally id forget about QoS as it is sh*t on consumer routers and some even start going crazy once its enabled.

 

On an unrelated subject i had these kinds of speeds 10 years ago, finding a new ISP would help you a lot.

Something wrong with your connection ?

Run the damn cable :)
