Cpu underclocking during prime95

I oc'd my fx 6300 to 4.3ghz with the guide below and it keeps under-clocking when it hits 56-60 degrees and fps drops in LoL and payday 2 from 100+ to 5-20.

I have also tried to change it to 4 ghz but didn't change voltage since I don't know much or little I am supposed to change for what number of ghz. Basically I am not a overclocker.

Any thoughts?

 

Other relevant information: Motherboard is asrock970extreme4 and cpu cooler is cm212evo. My case is corsair carbide 200r and I have 1 extra fan in the case. 600w psu.

Edit: On Stock/default I don't notice any fps drops and stuff so lately I just have it on that.

The video says it and I am not at the gaming computer right now but 1.4 I think.

Edit: Video says cpu voltage 1.4 and cpu/nb voltage 1,231250 the my cpu/nb voltage is not exactly like this but similar.

yea 60 is fine  but under prime 95 not above 80
