I'd disagree with virusal19. Don't go past 1.25V or at most 1.275V unless you have a dual-120mm air/water cooler. For voltages above that, you'd need better cooling.
most 4670k/4770k will burn through your motherboard with air cooling at 1.3V :D
He has a H100i, I have a H100 and my 3770k can get to 4.9Ghz at 1.400V (Not Stable and haven't stress tested it for longer than 15 Minutes) . Pretty sure he'll be safe at 1.300V though.
