So, first of all I'm looking for a graphics card. My budget is €200 ($252) and I will be using it to play games such as Battlefield 4. I will be running a dual monitor set up. Both 1080p (Samsung Syncmaster S24B150) BF4 would be the most graphically intensive game I'd play. Thanks

For 200€ you can get an R9 280 or maybe a 280x if they are on sale. Seems like a good choice for you, BF4 at 1080p should run really well at high-ish settings on that. You could wait for the R9 3xx series or for the 960, but that will probably take a few more months.

What graphics card do you have now? I would honestly consider waiting out until something like the R9 380

If you don't mind AMD, grab a sapphire 280X or something.

If you rather not AMD, you might be able to find a 770 4GB or if you're lucky a 780 for that price range (latter is highly unlikely)

What is your CPU though?

I have finally moved to a desktop. Also my guides are outdated as hell.

It's a Intel Core i5 3330k @ 3.00 GHZ

You'd probably want to upgrade that as well.
