Nope. Niet. Nein. Non. Nej.

2 additional changes, brings the build down about a dollar.

Hi

I'm looking to build my first computer.

I have $800nzd to spend (I might be able to spend more if really necessary)

Can someone please give me an example of a build that can run most current games (bf4, cod, minecraft) at atleast medium settings with decent frame rates.

I want to buy from nz sites as it is easier to ship. I have an os and monitor already so I won't need that.

Thanks in advance and if you have questions please ask

Edit: I will be upgrading in the next year or two most likely.

Buuuuuuuuuuuuuut, if you do plan to upgrade, you could use this to upgrade to a 4690k and probably a better graphics card. The motherboard it quite decent. Would make a nice home for a i5. Also when you plan to upgrade, you could grab an extra 120mm fan to finish off the rig nicely.

hey guys

thanks for taking the time to suggest a couple of rigs

i think I'm leaning more towards the 750ti build.

Another question, as this is my first build will i need any speacial tools,

im guessing a screw driver, and cable ties and a static band (is this really needed) but should i get anything else just to make sure.

I wouldn't do that if I were you. Just looked at all the prices of 750ti vs R7 265 on pcpartpicker, and the R7 265 is cheaper than any of the 750TI's. http://nz.pcpartpicker.com/parts/video-card/#c=164,168&sort=a7 The R7 265 is generally better than the 750ti in gaming, so it makes sense that you should spend less on a better graphics card.
